“Wow wow wow!! What an amazing cottage in the most beautiful location! Everything you could possibly need in a cottage for the week, love the outside space and a short walk down to the beach. Great restaurants and beach bar nearby and really the most special place I’ve been to in a long while! The scenery and walks are stunning and we really cant wait to return one day. “We had an amazing stay at Elle’s place! It’s immaculately clean and decorated/furnished really well. It had everything you need, it’s not often you get sharp kitchen knives, enough dishes for everyone and a decent bbq in an Airbnb, but it had everything for cooking and entertaining the family! 👨🍳 it was our first holiday with our baby too, and it had changing mat, high chair etc but most importantly thick walls! The rest of the family were in the lounge next to the bedroom and we couldn’t hear a thing 😴 the location is perfect too, short stroll from a perfect, quiet beach and most importantly, one of the best pubs around! It’s also a great place to explore the rest of the lyn peninsula. We’ll hopefully be back again! 🌞” - James, June 2024
“A really great house! Stayed in many Airbnb’s and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Six of us and two dogs had three lovely nights in October. The house was clean, well laid out and one of the best stocked I’ve stayed in. Lovely surroundings, huge grounds and 5 minutes walk downhill to a beautiful beach. We even got lucky with the weather on the Sunday to be able to have breakfast outside. Elle was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!” - Alan, October 2023
“What a hidden gem the house on the corner is. Really tastefully decorated and with all the small luxuries to really make you feel at home. Elle was so welcoming too! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute stroll downhill to the sea. Then if the tide’s out, just another 15 minute walk to Tŷ Coch Inn - a must visit if you stay here. The beds are so comfy and it’s in a peaceful area, we all slept so well after a day of exploring. We’d definitely love to come back for longer in the summer!” - Tommy, April 2023
“We loved it so much here that we’ve already booked to visit again. You genuinely feel like you’re part of Elle’s family staying here. It’s cosy, clean and mid century quirky but still tonnes of room. Bedrooms exceptional, gorgeous bed linen. And the most magical bit is that it truly is a stones throw from the beach. “What a beautiful spot! We spent a family weekend with 3 generations for a birthday celebration. The house was so well equipped and so tastefully decorated. There was nothing we thought the property lacked and were impressed with the set up which worked really well for us as a group - such good value for money! The beds and bed linen were so comfy and we all slept so well. The location is perfect if you want something near to the beach and secluded. Stunning walks along the headland and a stroll along the beach to the pub in the next village. Elle was on hand when we needed her urgently and throughout was really helpful as a host. I wouldn't usually consider revisiting an airbnb just because I like exploring new places but House on the Corner was so delightful we'll definitely be back!
